E-Alerts

 

 

Enjoy more control over your account and keep up to date with E-Alerts.  You can now be notified by text message or by e-mail when pre-defined events occur such as:

  • ACH or Payroll Deposits are made
  • Your home banking account has been accessed
  • When a loan payment is due
  • When your account balance has fallen below a set amount

You can also keep informed of:

  • Changes to DECU loan rates
  • Changes to DECU deposit rates
  • Important DECU news or alerts

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any text messaging fees which may be charged by your cellular provider, depending upon your plan.

To start receiving E-Alerts:

 Simply fill out the enrollment form by clicking here or you may click on "Change Alerts" under the "My Account" link once you have logged into your account online.

If you choose to set up E-Alerts on your own through online banking and choose to be notified by text message, please be sure to use the information below when entering your cell phone number in the "Text Message Address" field.
