Failure to Communicate

If you lose your job or have a reduced income and you have a loan, please come in and talk to us. We'll be happy to work with you. Our Loan Officers and Collection Department have a few options to help you keep your loan current and none of them involve broken bones.
The worst thing you can do is ignore us (or any other creditor) when your loan is delinquent. If you are not communicating with us regarding your difficulties, it limits the options we have available for you.
So, please keep the lines of communication open. It will help your peace of mind as well as speed your financial recovery.
