Drive-up Tips

In order to keep our drive-up service quick and convenient for you, our valued members, we have a few helpful tips.
1. Be sure to have your ID ready to present and have all checks endorsed. If you are lucky enough to have more than 6 checks, we ask that you come inside.
2. Our drive-up tubes can not handle the weight of coinage and because it has to be machine-counted, we ask that it be brought into our lobby tellers.
3. We do not sell tickets or license stickers through the drive-up.
Only members can use the drive-up windows. If you’ve written a non-member an Earthmover check, they will have to cash it in the lobby. For security reasons, we need to get their image on camera and also fingerprint them. Thank you and have a pleasant drive-thru experience!
