You may access your accounts at Decatur Earthmover Credit Union when it's most convenient to you! Our DECU Audio Response service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at (217) 875-DECU or 1-800-828-DECU for these transactions:

  • Check the balance of accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • See if a check has cleared
  • Have a check mailed to your home
  • Hear our current loan rates
  • Find out Credit Union office hours

DECU Audio Response is safe, fee-free and easy to use! You select a 4-digit Personal Identification Number that allows only you to access your accounts. We suggest you avoid numbers that are connected to you in some way, such as digits in your telephone number, your Social Security number or your driver's license number. If you like, you may use your ATM Personal Identification Number with DECU Audio Response.

The system will provide step-by-step instructions for each transaction you wish to complete. Below you will find a complete listing of the transaction codes and suffix codes you will need to use DECU Audio Response.
