Here at Decatur Earthmover Credit Union we have a system in place to benefit our members. Maybe you've heard it mentioned before but weren't entirely sure what all it entailed? Let me break it down for you. When you have a checking account there are 4 different levels that your account can sit at. Each level will feature different perks for you, but level 4 is stacked with bonuses. It is super easy to navigate your way to the top by taking advantage of all that DECU has to offer.

The time is now to make the most of the services that we have available for you. Ready to level up? Lucky for us, you’re in the right place! Nowadays, most of us have every minute of our schedule planned out and this will be a saving grace. Our Contact Center can assist you with small tasks such as a balance inquiry all the way to financing your dream car.

  • An Auto Loan, Student Loan, and Personal Loan require an application to be submitted but each can be handled start to finish at the Contact Center.

  • As well as, if you are looking to have funds placed into a new Money Market or CD we can process that through DocuSign if you would like to call or chat rather than make a trip to a branch. DocuSign is a secure program that requires an access code to review the contents of the document.

  • To get your Debit Card ordered simply give us a call and ask that the Debit Card eAlerts are turned on. These will allow you to keep a close eye on any purchase made using your card and catch potential fraudulent activity.

  • If you do not have a checking account yet and are interested, please reach out. Request our Contact Center to open one. They would love to assist you with that.

Convenience, in this day of age, is an aspect that is highly valuable and nearly required which is why our app and website are always accessible.

  • When you are ready to get signed up for E-Statements log onto your Internet Banking, select the Statements tab, confirm your email address, and enter the one-time Access Code. That will allow 18 months to be stored in on your Mobile Banking rather than receiving a paper copy each month. So convenient and friendly for the environment, what could be better?
  • Is it time to get Direct Deposit set up? You will need the suffix to the account that will be receiving the deposit. That can be found on Internet Banking under the tab, ‘My Accounts.’ Our Transit or ABA number is 271182919. Then, you will just give that information to your employer and wait for it to be conveniently deposited into your account.
  • Are you in need of a Visa for that vacation coming up or need to cover unexpected car repairs? Simply head over to our website under the Borrow tab and select the Visa that sounds most appealing to your needs. Go ahead and fill the application out and one of our skilled Financial Service Representatives (FSR) will reach out in a timely matter.

We realize that dealing with your finances face-to-face is the most traditional option. That is why you can stop by a branch and front-line staff will be there to accomplish any request.

  • A Home Equity Line of Credit or a Personal Line of Credit have the capabilities to assist you through the times in life when you just need that extra cash. From increasing the value of your home to needing some gas before payday, the options are endless. Stop in and talk with someone in our Mortgage department or a FSR to see what we can do to help get you there.
  • Retirement and Investments options can also be discussed with Phil who is located at our Dividend branch.
  • To open a savings account, you do have to stop by any of the lobby locations. Just make sure you have a valid form of ID, your Social Security number, and $5 to open the account.
