Click on Live Chat in the lower right hand corner of your screen. A window will pop open where you can type your question and a DECU employee will reply right away. Our Contact Center, located in Mt. Zion, IL, is staffed with experienced Earthmover employees. During our business hours one of these employees is dedicated to online communications. They can help you with any product/service questions. However, we are not able to provide any personal or account information via Chat.
Send a Message - When we are closed the Live Chat button becomes the Send a Message button. Click on Send a Message and type your question or request in the window that pops up. You will receive a response when we re-open. It is not as immediate at Live Chat but you can still get the ball rolling.
