If no contact is made to DECU, your title will be mailed in 10 business days to the address on file. If you would like to make arrangements to pick up your title please give us a call at 217-875-2301 two days in advance to inform DECU which branch works best for you.
Getting Your Title
Looking to receive your title sooner than the 10 business day hold? Payment must be made the following ways:
- Pay with Cash
- Transfer from DECU account
- The funds used MUST have been in account for over 10 days
- Use funds from a direct deposit or wire transfer
- The funds used come from a payroll deposit
