Olivia

Olivia is one of our DECU superstars! She's the Branch Manager over the Member Advocates at the Contact Center, which means she knows a lot about our services, products, and policies. Olivia enjoys setting her staff up for success, leading by example, and developing a strong foundation for member relationships to flourish. She is great at finding creative solutions to problems and knows exactly how to positively turn a situation around. It's been a good day when she can coach an employee to fulfill their potential at DECU.
