• You have a DECU debit card & use it 5 times a month
  • Be sure to have an active email address on file and we can send you documents to sign in order to send your debit card to you. Or stop in a branch and ask for an instant issue debit card.
  • You can add or update the email we have on file by logging into online banking- Click on the menu bar > My Account > Email
• You have eStatements

• You have eAlerts
  • Be sure to have an active email on file and just click on the chat so that we can assist you with this process.
