Scammers are taking advantage of people with a new phishing scheme. The email looks like you've been charged on a credit card for something and your first thought is to call the company or respond to the email. That's where the scammers will get you.
According to the FTC, people are getting emails from what appears to be the company, Norton. The company sells antivirus and anti-malware software. The emails say you've been charged for a product that might auto-renewal or charged for a new product. These emails are scams. If you received one you should delete it.
